Your appointment is very important to us!
Please be prompt. We honor a fifteen-minute grace period for all appointments and will always try our best to accommodate all schedules. Your appointment is subject to cancellation should you arrive later than fifteen minutes without notifying us.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of service.
Please be advised: we DO NOT offer refunds. Should you be unhappy with your service for any reason, we will gladly get you back in for a complimentary re-do within two weeks of your original appointment. We want all of our clients to leave loving their hair.

Booking a New Appointment
When scheduling a hair appointment that includes both a color service and a cut (or blow-dry), follow these steps to ensure the correct order:
β Select the color service first: Start by choosing the color service as your primary appointment.
β Use the "Add Service" option: After selecting your color service, click "Add Service" to include the cut or blow-dry.
β Ensure proper sequencing: This process ensures that your color service is completed before your cut or blow-dry begins.
Rebooking an Appointment
When using the "Rebook" feature for a color + cut/blow-dry appointment, be aware that:
β οΈ The system automatically lists the haircut/blow-dry first when rebooking.
π If you prefer color first, check the service order and manually rearrange it before confirming your appointment.
By following these tips, youβll ensure your appointment is scheduled in the correct order for the best results!
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. Thank you for your understanding. We're here for you!
