A: Please arrive at the salon with clean, dry hair that is completely free of any styling products.
This includes:
No root touch-up sprays or powders.
No dry shampoo.
No hairspray, gels, oils, or heavy leave-in conditioners.
Clean hair allows the color to penetrate the hair shaft more evenly and effectively, ensuring the best possible results for your service!

A deposit will be required to book a Brazilian Blowout
Your appointment is very important to us!
Please be prompt. We honor a fifteen-minute grace period for all appointments and will always try our best to accommodate all schedules. Your appointment is subject to cancellation should you arrive later than fifteen minutes without notifying us.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of service.
Please be advised: we DO NOT offer refunds. Should you be unhappy with your service for any reason, we will gladly get you back in for a complimentary re-do within two weeks of your original appointment. We want all of our clients to leave loving their hair.
